To return an Acek9.com-branded electronic product for repair a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required please contact us  or Print Out RMA Form PDF.

Tax, Duty & Tariff Policy

Radiotronics, Inc. d.b.a. AceK9.com does not collect or pay any tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees outside of the state of Florida. This is a mail-order transaction and the purchaser is solely responsible for the requirements of their local government.

Return Policy

Items purchased from Radiotronics, Inc. and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt or invoice is eligible for refund or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. An open box fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item. Items that have been installed, used or altered cannot be returned.  Must be packed and returned in resalable condition for any credit to apply.  Original shipping cost to customer will not be refunded.

Non-defective items must be in brand new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We cannot accept returns of opened items (unless defective) or any items returned more than 30 days after shipment. Defective items are covered under the particular manufacturer's warranty and we request that you please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement of defective products.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please complete the Return Authorization Request Form and customer service will contact you via Fax and/or E-Mail with your RMA# and shipping instructions for the return. Returns that do not have an RMA# will be rejected and no credit will be given.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Proper use, care and maintenance of the equipment are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, installer, and/or end user of the equipment.  The purchaser, installer, and or end user is responsible for daily checks of products provided by Radiotronics, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries including all installed options.  Buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever from the installation and use of products supplied by Radiotronics, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries.

Vehicle wire colors vary due to make, model, year, power train and special options packages. Time to time there are discrepancies in wire color and location inside the vehicle. Radiotronics or Acek9.com are not responsible for changes or inaccuracies of the vehicle wire location or wire color. These factors are beyond our control. We have put great effort into providing the proper information to our customers. By gathering information from the vehicle manufacturers, testing vehicles at our location and feedback from installers around the country.
